- Automated technologies – through website cookies, event platforms, or CRM systems that track how you engage with our services and content.
- Third-party sources – including partners, funders, social media channels, public directories, and data processors acting on our behalf (e.g., payment processors or event platforms like Zoho Backstage or Zoom).
We process your personal data for a number of lawful purposes. These include delivering our services and events, responding to enquiries, sending updates and newsletters, processing payments and donations, collecting feedback and survey responses, and improving the quality and accessibility of our website and services. We also use your data to monitor equalities and access, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to communicate with you regarding your preferences or previous engagements with AH.
Where applicable, the legal bases we rely on include: the necessity to perform a contract with you; our legitimate interests (e.g., improving services, responding to enquiries); your explicit consent (particularly in relation to marketing or special category data); and our legal obligations (such as financial record-keeping and safeguarding).
You may withdraw consent or object to processing at any time by contacting us.
We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. However, we may share data with trusted processors or partners for specific purposes, such as:

- Regular audits and risk assessments.
However, no internet-based system is completely secure. You transmit data to us at your own risk. If you receive access credentials (e.g. login passwords), you are responsible for keeping them confidential.

AH uses platforms such as Zoho Backstage and Zoom to manage and deliver events. These platforms act as data processors and may collect personal data such as your name, email address, session participation, and technical information (e.g., device and browser details). This data is processed securely and only for the purpose of supporting event delivery.
All AH events - whether online, hybrid, or in-person - may be recorded. This includes video, audio, photographs, and written content (e.g., chat messages or polls). These recordings and materials may be used for promotional, archival, educational, and reporting purposes by AH and our partners.
By registering for an AH event, you acknowledge and consent to this recording and use. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us in advance by emailing info@aspiringheads.com with your name and the name of the event.
